GAOFEI’s quality metalized holographic lamination film is based on biaxially oriented polyester film or polypropylene film as the carrier, through precise mold imprinting technology, nanoscale microstructure grating patterns are formed on the film surface, the spacing of these fine structures is usually controlled at 0.5 to 2 micrometers, forming a unique laser texture.

This product uses vacuum evaporation process to deposit a high-purity aluminum layer with a thickness of approximately 0.03-0.06 micrometers on the surface of the film with grating patterns, under the action of the grating structure, the aluminum layer can produce diffraction and interference effects on light. It presents a dazzling and ever-changing seven-color light column and dynamic visual effects, a scratch-resistant and wear-resistant protective layer with a thickness of about 1-3 microns is applied through coating technology to ensure the long-term stability of the laser pattern and form a complete aluminum-coated laser film structure.
