How to make
Homopolymer PP particles are selected. After being melted and plasticized by an extruder, they are cast into thick sheets through T-shaped die heads and then biaxially stretched longitudinally and laterally to form OPP base films, the base film was subjected to corona treatment to increase the surface tension to over 38dyn/cm, preparing for the subsequent aluminum plating process and ensuring a firm adhesion of the aluminum layer.
The pre-treated base film is sent into the high vacuum aluminum plating machine, with the vacuum degree controlled below 1×10⁻³Pa. High-purity aluminum wire is heated to a molten and evaporated state through resistance heating, aluminum vapor deposits on the surface of the base film to form a uniform aluminum layer, the thickness of the aluminum layer is precisely controlled by the speed of the base film, usually kept at 35-45nm, which not only ensures the barrier performance but also avoids the film from being too brittle.
The plain laser plate roller without concrete patterns is adopted, and the surface of the plate roller is engraved with uniformly distributed micron-level grating structures, the aluminum-coated film is sent into the molding equipment. Under a temperature of 120-140℃ and a pressure of 8-10MPa, the surface of the aluminum layer is closely attached to the plate roller, and the grating structure is transferred to the surface of the aluminum layer, forming an overall and continuous plain laser effect, after cooling and shaping, edge cutting and winding, the finished product is made.
The indicators such as gloss, adhesion of aluminum layer and barrier performance of OPP rainbow metalized holographic lamination film were tested, the uniformity of surface gloss is detected by a gloss meter, the adhesion of the aluminum layer is tested by the tape peeling method, and the oxygen transmission rate is detected by a permeability meter to ensure that each roll of the product meets the quality standards.
