The tensile strength of OPP Heart Holographic Film is more than three times higher than that of ordinary PP film, the puncture resistance reaches 0.5N/μm, which can effectively prevent damage during transportation, the low water absorption rate of OPP ensures that the film material can still maintain dimensional stability in a humid environment, to avoid the distortion of the laser effect caused by deformation, the surface smoothness of the film material is better than 0.5μm, providing an ideal carrier for subsequent printing and lamination processes.

The production process adopts solvent-free composite technology to avoid the residue of organic solvents, the laser medium in the film layer is made of inorganic compounds such as silicon oxide and aluminum oxide, with a temperature resistance range covering -40℃ to 120℃. Even when used for frozen food packaging or outdoor advertising, it can maintain the color vividness and optical performance stability for a long time.

OPP Heart Holographic Film is compatible with various printing methods such as UV ink, water-based ink, and heat transfer printing, the printing adhesion reaches ISO 2409 standard 5B level, and no additional surface treatment is required. In the composite process, its peel strength with materials such as paper, PET, and aluminum foil is ≥3N/15mm, significantly higher than the industry average, reducing the risk of delamination. Compared with the traditional hot stamping process, this film material can save more than 30% of production costs and shorten the production cycle by 2 to 3 working days.

We offer full-dimensional customization services ranging from the size of the heart, the density of the grating to the color of the base material, supports small-batch trial production and is equipped with optical simulation software, allowing preview of the effect presentation under different lighting conditions during the design stage.
